Game UI Essentials — Channel Intro

Challenge

I needed a bold, recognizable intro animation for my YouTube channel focused on game UI design. The goal was to set the tone in under 5 seconds — playful, polished, and clearly tied to the gaming world.

Approach

• Designed the logo and badge with a casual game aesthetic — bright colors, thick outlines, ribbon banner
• Animated each element separately: the icon scales in, the ribbon slides up, the star spins into place
• Used snappy easing and overshoots to match the energy of mobile game interfaces
• Kept the total runtime tight for use as a recurring channel bumper

Result

A looping intro that establishes the channel’s visual identity across all videos. The style is consistent with the game UI content being taught, reinforcing the channel’s niche from the first frame.
